We will not be liable if there is a delay and we cannot accept your order if payment is not authorised. By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are under 18 years old, that you are accessing the website only with the consent and assistance of your parent or guardian. 

Returns Policy

If the goods did not meet your expectations, you can send it back to the Aszalós Family Art gallery within 3 work-days of receiving your order. In case the goods sent back to us within this term of time, in the original packaging and in an un-damaged condition, we will refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question, within 4 work-days after receiving it, to the bank account you would like to receive the sum. For this reason in case you decide to send back the goods received, you are asked to inform us in e-mail about it and contact us directly about details of the refund. To receive a full refund of the price of the goods, the goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and not damaged! Please note that our returns policy does not bind the Aszalós Family Art to refund also the costs of transportation but these costs are charged to the costumer.

The Aszalós Family Art shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or for any delay, damage or defect to goods delivered caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
